1. Requirements for product color. The products produced must be made according to the written requirements of the samples. Generally, there should be no obvious color difference and the glossiness must be good.

2. Appearance requirements: There should be no scratches or knife marks on the exterior surface, and no other mixed colors or materials.

3. Silk screen printing requirements: There are no signs of broken lines, blur, uneven thickness, falling off, scratches, etc. All steps are carried out in accordance with the operating instructions.

4. The corner style must be in accordance with the drawing requirements, flush and rounded, and no abnormal corners are allowed.

5. The surface is smooth, without obvious deformation, and there are no protrusions or bumps on the surface exposed to the outside.

   When injection molding plastic parts, the outer layer of the molten material and the cavity surface cool instantly to form a low-density solid shell. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of plastics, the inner layer of the plastic part cools slowly to form a high-density solid layer with a large shrinkage rate. As a result, the wall thickness, slow cooling, and high-density layer thickness are further reduced. In addition, the presence or absence of inserts and the structure and number of inserts directly affect the direction of movement, density distribution, and shrinkage resistance, etc., so the characteristics of the plastic part have a greater impact on the shrinkage rate and direction.
